Dr. Rex Huffer
Dr Huffer grew up in a small farm community, much like West Liberty. In a school system too small for football, he focused on basketball and was fortunate enough to play in college as well.
Dr. Huffer often heard his father, who was also a chiropractor, talk of the wonders he’d seen helping patients. It sparked an interest and sure seemed like a great way to make a living; helping others to feel better. After 6 years of college and graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa in 1986, he joined his dad’s practice. This is when his education really started. Being able to draw on all of his father’s years of experience was invaluable to Dr Rex. After spending the next 3 years there, he moved to California to study cranial manipulation. After a year of study, he moved back and continued to work with his father until his passing in 1996. In 1998, he moved his practice to West Liberty; a town he and his father had considered for a satellite office years before.
As a second generation Chiropractor, Dr Rex feels blessed to have been raised with the knowledge of our bodies ability to self heal and regulate, and also blessed to know no other way of true healthcare.
